Online Design Tool
The easiest way to create artwork for your Vinyl Banner is to use our ONLINE DESIGN TOOL. Click the DESIGN IT Button. Adding text, setting fonts and colors is real easy. You can even choose from 1000's of clip art or add your own digital files.


Sending Files
We can work with most any graphics file format. The file formats we prefer are:

• eps - Postscript
• pdf - Acrobat
• ai - Adobe Illustrator® (convert TEXT to outlines)
• jpg
• tif
• png

Digital Files
We can print most any digital file that you send us including photographs and complex artwork.

Extras
We list the standard pricing for our vinyl banners. Additional time or materials involved in typesetting, formatting artwork, retrieving files and fonts, scanning, color matching, etc. may apply. You will be notified prior to production if necessary.

Proof Image Quality
Because high resolution images download slowly, we send low resolution proofs to show you what the vinyl banner will look like. Of course, your vinyl banner will be clean and crisp - much crisper than you see in the proof. If you would like a higher resolution proof, we'll be glad to send it.

Care:These long lasting vinyl banners require virtually no care.

Installation: Proper installation of your banner will ensure a long life. Banners are often ruined due to improper installation.

Here's the do's and dont's about banner installation:

1. Don't hang your banner loosely. A loose vinyl banner will flap in the wind and the vinyl will crack and tear apart.
2. Install against a wall or flat surface. This will keep the stress off the banner and result in a much longer life. Use screws and large flat washers.
3. When hanging between two poles, trees or other large objects, continuous ropes or webbing between the anchor points is required.
4. Be sure that where ever you mount your banner can handle the extra load on a windy day.
5. Remove your banner if possible prior to any forecasted storms.


Cleaning:
1. Clean gently with water and mild detergent. Dry the banner thoroughly with a soft cloth.
2. When not in use, roll banner on a tube with the image facing the outside.
3. Do not fold the banner.
4. Store the banner in a cool, dry place.

Production Time: Most orders are filled in 1-3 business days.

Material: 13 oz. USA made, fiber reinforced vinyl.

Standard Finishing: Taped hemmed edges with grommets top and bottom as needed, (number of grommets depends on banner size). Sewn edges are available as an option.

Shipping Weight: 0.25 lb per square foot.

Maximum Size: 4 feet x 15 feet.

Minimum Quantity: Available in quantities of 1 or more.
